| I Would Describe Myself As | I think I am an easy going and mellow kind of guy although I have been told that I'm not that easy. I guess that would be your first challenge! I was raised in a European country till I was 18 years old when I came to the U.S. to finish my studies and ... still here I am. Almost all of my family is still in Europe which means I travel every other year or so to visit the Mediterranian countryside. I love to cook and spend time at the dinner table talking and sipping on red wine or freshly roasted coffee. I enjoy all types of cuisine but especially Greek and Italian. I cook healthy/light and do not eat Fast food or anything that comes out of a box unless is pizza. I enjoy long walks on the beach at sunset. I love to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic and play tourist downtown. I love soccer (playing and watching). I also enjoy football and baseball. I like to drive thru the countrysides and enjoy the trip more than the destination. I don't do the bar scene much anymore. I knew when the bartenders started to call me by my first name it was time for me to find other things to do. I like to go out to dinner and make it a night out. Sometimes I like to get a long cup of coffee and sink into a book. I don't watch much TV although it's on all the time. That means you are free to watch House or Private Practice without me bothering you. I love the family environment and my kids say that I'm an awsome dad and that's not because I cook for them. I like to spend private moments with that special person and get away for the weekend whenever possible. I listen to most types of music but I really enjoy Rock and Roll, new stuff is OK l love the Classics. Do not care too much for Country and cannot listen to Rap. I have no addictions whatsoever and I cannot tolerate drugs (includes prescription pills abuse) and excessive use of alcohol.
