Ready to move forward ... I still believe that the love of my life and my best friend is out there ... I know that life has challenges ... you can make it through those challenges if you commit to doing whatever you have to in order to come out on the other side of those challenges & you will be better and stronger for having done so together ... I know that life sometimes requires independence of us, but it is critical to me that the person that I am with absolutely know and believe that my coming home to them is the very best part of my day. Communication is everything. Laughter has been gone at times ... I love to laugh and believe you have to share life with someone you can laugh with ... it's such good medicine. We must be flexible at times... life can be unpredictable. It is critical that there is mutual respect and admiration and accpetance for our similarities AND our differences. I'm just old fashion enough to still want to open your door for you and want to send you flowers for no particular reason, just because. Fitness and taking care of myself has been a priority for most of my life. It would be nice to share that interest and passion with a partner. My faith is a priority. I try to be as much a part of my kids' lives as possible ... they grow up so fast and we only get one chance at this. The simple things in life have come to mean so much ... time and experiences are the most important things we can share with those in our lives. I love to listen to good music (wide variety) ... and I find peace in walks and looking at the stars. As life has come and gone, I have realized that I place a far greater value on what a person DOES vs. soley what a person SAYS ... I would like to take a leap of faith with the right person ... I chose to believe that the rest of life, full of new experiences and true happiness, is out there ... would love to find that person who is willing to take that leap (or even a few baby steps) with me ...
