| I Would Describe Myself As | Hi there! I'm a transplant from New England who came here for graduate school. I live about ten minutes from Center City. I stayed here for my career, but my heart is in the mountains and in the country. My favorite activities involve the outdoors-- hiking, camping, and kayaking-- and I'd like to meet someone who will join me in some or all of those. Right now, I spend my free time running and training for races, playing indoor soccer in Manyunk, and visiting friends and family. I used to train (somewhat) competitively for marathons (i.e. Boston, Vermont City) and other road races, but I'm not as serious about it as I used to be. I would describe myself as down-to-earth, loving, affectionate, too honest, hardworking, and intellectually curious. I'd like to say that my sense of humor is witty and clever, but it's probably more goofy and self-deprecating than anything (sarcastic, too, for the right person). I'm a low-maintenance girl—I'm happiest in flip-flops, but I do clean up well and enjoy getting dressed up. I am a minimalist and, generally, do not need things to be happy (no obsessions with bags or shoes). As for my match, the most important traits to me are: intelligence and intellectual curiosity; a great sense of humor; and a strong sense of integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
